There are instructions on that page as well, but all you have to do is download and extract the zip file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules. With that being said, head on over to Nexusmods using this link and download the Developer Console mod.
The developer console does not activate when you activate cheats, but you need cheats activated to use the console. Now you’ve activated cheats, congratulations! If you want to turn off cheats after this guide, simply change the 1 back to a 0. Simply delete the 0 and put a 1 in it’s place. We need the 0 at the end of this line to be a 1. Inside that folder will be a file called ‘engine_config.txt’ Open it up with notepad Go into the folder titled Mount and Blade II Bannerlord Navigate to your Documents folder on your PC All you need to do is turn a 0 into a 1 in a config file. We would hate for you to lose all of your progress. Make sure you create a separate in-game save before following this guide. NOTE: Do this on a separate save in case you mess up and need to start again.
#BANNERLORD 2 SAVE EDITOR HOW TO#
Here is a complete step-by-step guide on how to do it! Note that there is currently no ‘natural’ in-game way to do it and it will require the use of cheats. Whatever the case may be, there is only one way to respec or reset your character in Bannerlord. Maybe you realized you’d rather use two-handed weapons than one-handed. Your skills will also go up as you use them in the game and at certain levels you’ll be given the option to pick perks.Īs you play, you may realize that you should’ve picked a different perk, or maybe not put so many focus points into smithing.
As you play Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord your character will level up and you will be given the option to invest focus points into certain skills and raise attributes.
